We loved the clean rooms with comfortable beds and spacious ski room to leave our gear. The hotel's facilities - the sauna, warm pool, and outdoor sauna - were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and served in the morning. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during our transportation to and from the hotel, as it was located close to the mountains and nature.
Couldn't stay longer.

We recently visited a hotel in Val Gardena and were thoroughly impressed by the level of service and cleanliness. the breakfast and dinner were top-notch and the spa facilities were exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool with sliding doors and the car service to the slopes was quick and efficient. the staff were attentive and even helped us retrieve a lost item. it was a great location for a city break and we appreciated the tranquility of the area.

The free shuttle service provided was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance made it hassle-free to plan my activities. The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the heating to the mini-bar. I loved starting my day with a cup of coffee on the terrace, taking in the breathtaking views. The soundproofed rooms ensured a quiet and restful night's sleep. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition for some evening entertainment. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and snack bar providing delicious meals. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and set a great tone for the day. The spa and wellness centre was a true oasis of relaxation. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The spa lounge offered a range of beauty treatments, and the steam room was incredibly rejuvenating. Loved the quiet and beautiful surroundings of this hotel, perfect for a romantic escape. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending great hiking trails and transportation options. The pool and sauna facilities were relaxing and well-maintained, and the bed was heavenly comfortable.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, could have used some more unique items and fresh juice options. , it was a bit of a challenge to figure out where to sit during dinner as the table assignments were based on room numbers instead of being clearly marked.
